Most of the tenants are USC students or young professionals that are looking to settle in Los Angeles. We are providing a clean, safe and quite place. The kitchen and bathrooms are professionally cleaned once a week, and all utilities — including high-speed internet — are included in the rent for a hassle-free living experience.

This fully renovated apartment offers 5 private bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a secure code lock for added privacy and peace of mind. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area are shared among residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the essentials for comfortable everyday living.

I am a manager responsible of managing the apartment and renting it to safe, clean and responsible roommates. Most roommates are students from USC or nearby universities.
