I’m helping a friend (female 50+) find a great roommate for her lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath single-level townhouse located on Shallowford Road just off Gunbarrel.

The available space includes: • A private bedroom with walk-in closet • Your own private bathroom (which would also be used as a shared bath if we have company) • Shared access to the kitchen, living area, and laundry The home is clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Details: • Rent: $900/month + shared utilities • $900 security deposit (may be applied to last month’s rent if everything is in good order) • 6-month minimum lease • Move-in: May 1 • $40 for background check References 

Pets: • No dogs unless you are there during the day (loves dogs but not ok with dog being alone all day) • Cats or reptiles welcome • $500 non-refundable pet maintenance fee for cat or dog

Lifestyle fit: If your idea of a relaxing evening is watching a movie, reading a book, chatting, or playing a game of Mahjong or Rummikub, you’ll probably feel right at home. If you prefer a frequent nightlife or club scene, this may not be the best fit.
