Nice and quiet. Across from a church and very respectful neighbors. Room is off the front porch only a few steps away from the front door, private and cool all summer. Of street parking is available in the alley. House is fully shared so cleaning and keeping it clean is everybody’s job. It’s a 2 bathroom 5 bedroom house plenty of space, big kitchen and living area. Laundry on site in the basement. We share the utilities evenly between the occupants in the house.

As I mentioned it’s a 5 bedroom house with two guys and one sadly moving but for a great reason. The 3 of us have been living together now for 3 years. We are a family looking for a new member or 2. We are a very supportive group and help each other out any way possible. I’m the owner of the house Originally from South Africa, Charlie is the cool one. Always going to music shows and sharing his love for it. Great source of information for anything twin city’s and then some. Jorge who is moving is Puerto Rican. I bought this house because none of us had anywhere to go and our families are far away. We had to create our own sanctuary. if you feel that way then you might have just found what you need.
