About the place: The house is a well maintained 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath in a quiet community. The bedroom is lightly furnished. Rent includes garbage disposal only. All other utilities such as internet, water, and PG&E bills are split evenly among housemates.

Requirements: We’re pretty easy going, but we have a few prerequisites. No Smoking. No Pets. No Drugs. No Party, no extended overnight guests.
