The home is located in Norfolk off military hwy just 5 min from bjs and Costco, 13 min from Ghent, EVMS area, 14-15 min from town center and greenbriar mall area so it’s pretty central.

The home is a split level, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry room located on the lower level of the home.

About the roomies

I’m currently in my doctorate at ODU in an health care program and will be graduating in May of 2027. I am out of the house by 510am M-F and get home between 3 and 6pm. There will be 2 months I’ll be out of state for my rotations. I’m laid back and get along with anyone but I also value my quiet space and will be respectful of yours.

My other roommate has lived with me since November and she’s great. She works a lot and is rarely home but when she is we get along great. Neither of us smoke or do any drugs so we would except them same from our future roommate
