We’re excited to rent out a private room in our recently remodeled, fully furnished (bedroom for rent is not furnished) 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in southwest Longmont (20 minutes to downtown Boulder)! You’ll be joining three easygoing roommates—33M, 27F, and 24M—sharing our bright and spacious common areas, including a modern kitchen, cozy living room, and dining space. The room comes with access to a shared bathroom (with 24M), but you’ll have your own sink and ample storage space for your things. Utilities included in rent.

We share our home with a dog and two cats who keep it lively, so we can’t take in any additional pets right now. We keep the place clean and love hiking, skiing, traveling, reading, or kicking back with board games and movie nights. We’d love to find someone clean, respectful, and with similar interests to join our home.
