TV wall mount for your television, Wi-fi and cable included .Home is professionally cleaned once a month, including your room if desired. Room and bathroom is freshly painted, with shower and tub. Bedroom is located on other side of the other bedroom , for added privacy. Washer and Dryer on first floor. This is a two story home which is nicely maintained, 1888 sq footage …in a swim / HOA community, ( you can bring a guest to the pool) and home is on a cul-de-sac. Park your car in the attached garage. If you smoke , no problem you can smoke in back of home, there is a smoking area . I do not smoke. Home is located off of exit 14, which is about 5 minutes off exit. Lots of options for grocery stores, dining etc .. great location. Neighborhood..is quiet.

I am a retired Flight Attendant, and a Christian woman . I prefer to stay to myself, and do not get into your business. I am very easy to get along with.
