About the room
Looking to rent a room in Lebanon in a 2b 1.5ba townhome. The entire home is furnished expect for the bedroom you would rent. I currently have one cat, and one very small dog so must be comfortable with both. Rent is $697.5 plus w/s/g wifi and electricity. Utitlies would be another $120-ish per month.
About the roomies
My current roomate is moving out, so ita just me and my cat and dog. My dog is a chihuahua mix and is super friendly, my cat is shy with new people and will take a but to warm up. Im a 27 y/o female that works in mental health. Im more of an introvert and a homebody. Ive recently started to get into gardening, but most days enjoy spending time with my animals or family. I am vape friendly but would prefer someone who does not smoke as my cat has asthma and im allergic to 420.
