I have a quiet spacious bedroom available to rent in a furnished house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished

The house: The fully upgraded house has quartz countertops, wood flooring, mordern fixtures and new appliances. It is spacious and airy and is north facing (stays cool naturally). House has 2 car detached garage and plenty of open parking right in front of the garage. it has a small patio- easy to maintain and relaxing. Tenants have access to community pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse all year round.

The location : It is in a prime spot near green valley high school and close to 2 freeways. It is also a 5 min drive to all shopping complexes and Costco/Walmart/Target. If you like being outdoors, it is 5 mins from arroyo grande sports complex, cornerstone park and cadence park. Neighborhood is quiet.

Currently there are 2 roommates. One roommate is in her 50s and works from home. Other roommate is in her 20s and works at a restaurant. We love living here and decorating the place together. We like to keep shared area neat and tidy. We also love coming together and chitchatting about our day and we love having our personal quiet time
