The house is close to a park if you need fresh air. Grocery stores are close for food. Nice little quiet neighborhood, everyone is respectful and social here. Two rooms are available, the bathroom will be shared upstairs. There’s an upstairs living area with an office that can be used. Two other living spaces are available downstairs so there’s plenty room if you have an entertainment center you’d like to bring.

I am living here with my girlfriend, we are reasonable and mind our own business. There’s two others in the basement. A man and his daughter. They are pretty quiet and mostly come up to cook and hang out. We are all very nice and help one another if needed. Communication goes far.
