Quiet neighborhood. Near shopping and major roadways. Beautiful parks nearby including a ferry for easy access to West Salem. Like to garden? Perfect! Two other roommates, plus a housemate/manager that travels frequently. Three rooms available- see listing.

Must get along well, clean up after yourself, no excess storage or belongings, pay rent on time (remote worker perfectly OK).

Owner/house manager has two small/medium pups who travel with her. Pets are welcome depending on approval in totality with other roomies. First applied, first considered. No roaming outdoor pets except for chickens. There are currently two chickens outside for fresh eggs.

This isn’t a care home so we are not qualified to take care of addictions. There are stairs and uneven ground. Bedrooms are upstairs.

But if you approve us and we approve you, you can enjoy happiness and safety - the home has security. And we are upgrading every year to something roomies will enjoy.
