Looking to replace our third roommate who is moving out at the end of March. We need a 12 month lease agreement and the monthly rent is $683 and utilities are split three ways, at the height of the summer it shouldn’t be more the $115 per person. I pay the water bills and the internet is a separate bill at about $30 per person. Its a small room in the 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the ground floor at Cambridge Village Apartments near CSUB. You would need to apply for the apartment with the front office with the standard requirements that comes with applying for an apartment. Must be okay with cats. I would prefer meeting before a final decision but not necessarily a full background check as the apartment complex requires one anyway. (photo’s incoming, have to wait for the roommate who is leaving so i can ask to take pics. But the complex site does have floor plans)

I’m Nova (They/Them), I’m a 32 year old full time office worker who is also attending an MFA program in Animation with a focus in 3D modeling. I have a black cat named Doodle who’s friendly and affectionate and non destructive, sans his sneezing from a cleft palate but that’s in the beginning stages of getting fixed. I game in what little spare time I have while working and doing a full time MFA program. I’m working on finding a cleaning schedule that fits into my nightmare work/school schedule. A third roommate would allow me to switch from full time to part or work study so I can focus more on my schooling. I tend to keep to my room but also will spend time out in the living area.

The other roommate is Erin (she/her), also 32 years old, she’s not present most of the time as she is renting here but working in another city while trying to get a job up here. She’s a gamer and tends to keep mostly to her room when in town but not always. Generally her girlfriend is over when she’s in town.
