Hello! I will have an unfurnished room that will be available April 1st, near Wilson High School. Looking for a single female roommate who likes a clean apartment, is respectful, is not a partier, is animal friendly, rarely has overnight guests, and has a full-time job/full-time student.
**I’m not able to take a photo of the bedroom as I have someone still living there. The bedroom is about 9ft x 12ft with a closet. CLOSE TO:
- 5-minute drive to CSULB & Traffic Circle
- 5-10 minute drive to the 405, 605, 22 Freeways
- 5-10 minutes from the beach/Belmont Shore
- 10-15 minutes from Downtown Long Beach
- Bus Stops nearby
DETAILS ABOUT APARTMENT/AREA:
- Quiet neighborhood
- Located near Wilson High School
- 2bd/1bth on 2nd floor of 4 unit building with lots of natural light
- AC is available throughout apartment (window unit in living room area and in bedrooms)
- Apartment has laminate hardwood or tile flooring throughout
- Bedroom has a good size closet and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment should you need more.
- Large living room & dining room area
- Laundry room downstairs & laundromat around the corner
- Garage (shared with me and plenty of storage)
- Street Parking is not bad at all. I find a spot within a block 9/10 times.
- Street sweeping is in the middle of the day on Thursdays and Fridays which makes parking a lot easier.
- Down the street from a cute walking path and coffee shop.
- Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and keep to themselves.
PLEASE NOTE: I do have 3 cats. They keep to themselves but are very friendly if you want to interact with them (they love attention!). I do clean up after them daily so the fur isn’t out of control. Also, I think it’s important to note it does not smell like a cat. I really try to keep the common areas as clean and smelling good as I can.
About the roomies
A LITTLE ABOUT ME: You can usually find me in and out of the apartment all day. I work from home but am often out working at some coffee shop. I’m a neat person and do my dishes and clean up after myself. I keep to myself and respect others’ privacy. ☺️ Let me know if you have any questions and if you’re interested 🥰
