The house is fully furnished. It includes tvs, plus wifi. The house has a fairly new refrigerator and oven, spacious living room, a fully furnished attic, and a full basement (with a new washer and dryer & storage space). It includes mini-split ACs/heat in the living room. Utilities are included in the monthly payments, with the only request is to split the electric bill each month. This home has one roommate thus far effective May 1st, while I’m never home. At this time, the 2nd floor guest bedroom is available. A male roommate would be preferred, as the second roommate is male. Private parking is available behind the house, along with off-street parking out front. My goal is to give access to two individuals who are in agreement with a stay of up to the next 8 to 12 months. This would be on a month to month basis.

At this time, a maximum of two roommates are being sought to reside in my vacant house. Anyone who is interested is asked to not have any prior evictions. Plus, I’m a very easy going person and so is the soon-to-be roommate. Hence, it’s preferable that the second roommate is also easy going and easy to communicate with.
