Hi, -`♡´- We have a 10x10 private room available on April 1, 2026 and would love to find a roommate who works well within our household dynamic. We are looking for a someone who is willing to sublease for a year at least, (or more preferably), has a friendly personality, is respectful, polite, and able to keep things tidy. Our home layout is a 3 private bedroom townhouse with 2 baths, an open space layout in the living dining area, enclosed spacious kitchen area, and garage on lower level. We would love to find someone to share it with and looking to live with someone who’s comfortable engaging as close friends, but also respects each others privacy, gives each other space, and is mindful of each others schedules.

Billie & Cat have different personalities, but one thing they share is being kind and deeply caring about wellbeing of others around them, so they maintain a healthy balance of respect, understanding, and support for each other by reciprocating energy and showing appreciation when we can.

》 The home atmosphere is peaceful, warm, welcoming, and calm but still exciting. Since they’ve been here a while, they’ve already have purchased everything needed to have a functional/comfortable home, and keep in the common areas so it’s accessible and welcome for everyone to use. They want you to feel like it’s your place too, so if there are household items you regularly use, everyone is open rearrange stuff around & make space so it also convenient for you!

☆ Outdoor Area ☆ balcony golf course/lake (patio furniture, tables, cushions) In unit washer & dryer, attached garage on lower level (used for storage) driveway + additional parking space.

☆ Bathrooms ☆ 1 full bath, has shower, bathtub, adjustable shower head, full vanity, storage space under sink, bidet installed, double doors that both lock, located in between 2 hallways, private & easy access from rooms on either side. (Bath 2 is in master room, smaller in size)

》 Cat, 𖤓 is 28, she’s a psychiatric nurse. Her schedule is flexible but works long hours with 16 hrs shifts, 2-3 times a week. Cat loves her job. Her personality is calm and reserved but very sweet and bubbly. She enjoys spending time in nature, loves EDM music, and is her happiest getting to travel to different states for music festivals with outdoor camping. At home she enjoys playing video games on her console, has a talent to organize things in a very aesthetically pleasing way and is a thoughtful person. She is bilingual, raised in a polish family, and loves them very much. Cat has an orange tabby, named Feliks, he’s a very polite gentleman who’s also sweet, calm, and reserved (like herself) and comes over to visit from time for playdates together, but normally lives with her parents.

》 Billie: 𖤓 is 26, works as a medical health specialist at a humanitarian aid organization serving vulnerable populations of children / individuals / families in the community. Her role involves ensuring complex medical cases are able to receive life saving treatment in timely manner. Billie schedule is hybrid, on call for urgent needs. She is bilingual, born in Afghanistan, raised here but embraces both cultures. She helps her family coordinate & lead community events. Billie is the first born daughter of her many siblings & the back bone & caretaker to her large family. She has a charming attitude, playful bright outgoing personality, but her schedules can be very busy and demanding when they. At home, she loves learning new things and a scientist at heart. Her hobbies includr going to edm concerts/ festivals, hanging out with family, working towards her real estate career and using her skills in interior home decor and design.

》 Landon 𖤓 is 29, Billie’s boyfriend who recently moved from here from Oklahoma, and now lives with her. They have together for 5 years, and are saving up to get married. Landon works in inventory management 5 days/week in overnight 10pm-6am from. His hobby’s including video gaming, streaming, has a huge online community he loves and has been friends with for over 10 years. Landon grew up in an only woman household (grandma, mom, sister) so he is very polite, well mannered, and naturally respectful the feminine energy our home. He loves theater, movies, music, film production, and enjoys attending shows as well. /•᷅‎•᷄\੭ Saffron 𖾕𖾝꙼ᩚ𛲕𖾟 has declared Landon her favorite, and he has accepted his fate to cater to her every need.

》 Saffron /•᷅‎•᷄\੭ Moved in with billie, she is an extremely unique cat, quiet and calm but clever. Has main character energy, walks with sass, and believes the universe is made for her leisure. She sees herself as a respectable member of this household. Does not like having her space invaded - but will invade others unannounced as her favorite form of affection. She does not bother anyone, and respects your space but at most plops into the nearest lap / bed to declare its nap time. Extremely cute when she sleeps, curls up into croissant format, makes baby noises when snoozing good. Prefers humans > cats, if theres a sun she’s laying in it, requires head scratches, enjoys nap time with anyone, has extremely soft fur, keeps a high maintenance cleaning routine, and smells like baby power for some reason. [Terrible emotional support cat, female version of Nermal/ Garfield during the day, and secretly a teddy bear only at night.]
