This two bed, two bathroom apartment is right off of North Tamiami Trail, five minutes from Ringling College of art and design only a few minutes walk away from the Ringling museum. You will have a private bathroom and a furnished room that includes a twin bed and cubby storage. The complex is very small and most of the neighbors keep to themselves. Though the apartment does not have laundry unit, there is one on the property that is a couple feet away from our back porch.

Me and my current roommate have lived here for almost a year now. I am moving to another state and she will be needing a new roommate. She will be a senior in college soon and needs someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and easygoing. We are rarely home because we’re both very busy. We like to cook and are no strangers to staying up late hours to work, but we also like to have our fun days too. We are looking a young adult with a stable income who will be responsible to pay on time and who’s priority is to keep this home a safe and peaceful space.
