Hi! I’m looking for someone in their 20s (male or female) to take over a room in my apartment by May at 20 Lambourne Apartments.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom layout, so you’ll have your own private bathroom, which gives everyone their own space and privacy.

Rent is about $900/month + utilities.

The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom, and the unit includes: • In-unit washer & dryer • Plenty of storage space • A spacious and comfortable layout

The community also has great amenities including: • Parking garage • Pool • Fitness center • Community room • Beautiful courtyards and a peaceful pond area, which are really nice for grilling, hosting, getting fresh air or relaxing outside

The location is one of the best parts — it’s about a 4-minute drive from Towson University, directly across from Dulaney Plaza and Towson Town Center, and less than a one minute drive to the highway, so grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

About me: My name is Deb! I work locally as a luxury concierge, I’m an aspiring fashion stylist, and I also run my own pet-sitting business, so I keep pretty busy. I’m a people person and enjoy creating a home that feels comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed. I love music, fashion, and cooking, and I’m often trying new recipes in the kitchen.

I’d love to find a friendly roommate who is responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing. Ideally someone in their 20s who appreciates a clean, peaceful home and good energy.
