There’s a sliding glass door that leads directly to the parking lot. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day and sometimes day-of. In-unit washer and dryer. You get the master bedroom and the master bathroom attached to it. Main area is mostly furnished but not the bedroom.

It is technically a 3-bedroom and the way it’s currently set up, I have one bedroom and turned the other room into an office space. Which can be negotiated if needed. I’d prefer to keep it the way it is, but I’m adaptable.

I am the only other person living there. I do have ADHD so sometimes it’s difficult for me to do things, but if you need me to do something, a little post it note and some grace will go a long way.
