I am 28 years old (male) and am currently in a transient situation in between jobs. I am posting the information now in advance of me potentially leaving Madison for another job in a different city or state. The other roommate is a 31 year old male working a full time position. He is anticipated to be living there regardless of my situation. Both of us value cleanliness and a peaceful living environment with clean shared spaces.
