About the room
A cozy upstairs room available in a cute house near St Johns. We have a couch available for the room if desired! Utilities come out to be about $80 per month on average.
Shared bathroom upstairs with one other person who is there a couple times a week, so it’s mostly yours. There is a local neighborhood grocery store and a couple parks within walking distance.
St. Johns is a small-town featuring a walkable downtown area, the iconic St. Johns Bridge, and easy access to nature and Cathedral Park.
About the roomies
We’re a friendly household of three and a half looking to welcome another into our home. Our setup includes a master bedroom shared by a couple, a second room used part-time by one housemate a few days a week, and a little cat named Taro. The third room is all yours!
We enjoy cooking, maintaining a comfortably clean home, and tending to our indoor and outdoor plants. We’re open to someone who wants to be part of a warm, social household, or someone who prefers a quieter, more independent living style. Either works for us!
