About the room

Actually this is two rooms and a bathroom. I have the master bedroom and there are two other rooms available plusa bathroom. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. So you can make one a bedroom and one in office or use one for storage. You are privy to the kitchen downstairs and the family room at the moment I don’t have a dining set. But I intend to get one. Washer and dryer are on the property.I have a small Yorkie who is very good except when he barks at 3:00 in the morning but we’re working on it. This is a very nice neighborhood and a gated community. It’s very quiet. It’s a good place to walk and or walk your dogs. It’s not far from downtown New Port Richey about a 10 minute drive, and it’s close to some restaurants and about 20 minutes traveling south to State Road 54. I am always home and I’m very quiet and I usually watch TV or I’m on the computer. No drinking no drugs no 420, I live a sober lifestyle. I like to cook. And I absolutely adore my Yorkie. I would consider first month’s rent Plus a deposit of 1200. Smoking is fine outdoors and there is a two car driveway.
