Nancy's room

Hi all! I am renting out one room of my home. The house is located near Paseo Padre Pkwy and Mission Blvd. We are near many grocery stores such as Safeway, Ranch 99, 168 Market, and Walmart. The Bart station and 680/880 freeway are close as well. It is located in a family neighborhood, clean, safe, and quiet. NPU and Ohlone College are also close by. There is a laundry room, kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. This is also a smoke and drug-free house! The room is depicted in the photo.

My family of four live on the upper unit of the house. On the lower unit, there are three other ladies who live there as well. We are looking for another friendly female student or working lady to be our fourth roommate!
