Private mother-in-law suite available April 3rd. The space is approximately 1,000 square feet with its own private entrance and dedicated parking. It is attached to a home but offers a quiet and private living environment.
The suite includes a full kitchen and private bathroom. Rent is $1,450 per month and includes water and electricity.
The unit is currently occupied, so I cannot provide current photos, but I can share photos from before the current tenant moved in to show the layout and space.
Best suited for a responsible and respectful tenant. A single professional or quiet couple would likely be the best fit.
