I have rented this room out twice to females..The 1st stayed here 3 1/2 yrs and the other for 6 months till she recently was transfered to Gaffney with her work.Im work alot of hours so im only home in the evenings.Im very clean,dont smoke or drink so if u smoke it has to be on the front or back porch..I dont 420 but if u do that’s fine but must do it outside
