I have a private room for rent in my recently remodeled townhouse located between Gorman, Lake Wheller and Tryon Rd. off 40 in Raleigh, close to Downtown, and NC State University. The home is located in a quiet, clean and safe community with individual parking as well as lots of visitors parking. The home is kept clean, with new updates, and quiet for rest after a long day of work, and/or to get schoolwork done. The room is located on the top floor away from the owner suite and is furnished with new furniture including the mattress. You will share the bathroom with one other person at times. I currently have one tenant in the other bedroom who will be moving out March 20, 2026, at which time I will be looking for another tenant to occupy that room. For everyone safety I do request background checks on all my tenants. No pets, alcohol, smoking or drugs on the premises.
