Furnished room in a beautiful, well-maintained ranch-type house with a pool, spa and lots of plants and trees, available now. House is situated on a very quiet street. The room comes with a private, upscale bathroom.

The bedroom measures 13x10, has a hardwood floor and a ceiling fan. Lots of storage space. Monthly rent is $1,700, utilities (internet, water, electricity) included. There is a $1,000 security deposit. Off- street parking (with plenty in front of the house). Month-to-month lease although a long term (12+ month preferred). Laundry (washer/dryer) on premise. Lush outdoor space and a nice, private patio for hanging out. Lots of grocery store options close-by and quick access to the 405 and 101 freeways.

Looking for a quiet, clean and rsponsible straight/gay/bi male, nudist-friendly - open to occasional nudity - as the house is clothing-optional (you don’t have to be naked/nude but tolerant) if the weather permits.
