The room itself is a good size with your own closet space and a separate bathroom and shower that will be all your own. It is located 45 minutes from Boston as well as 15 minutes from Providence. RI taxes are lower than MA and we are literally on the border in RI. Its a very quiet neighborhood located next to the schools and there is relatively small traffic unless its a major holiday or around 3pm when the schools get out. It’s located right above the Blackstone River which goes from Worcester MA and empties out into the Seekonk River, there is a great Bike/Walking path that runs along the river that I recommend you check out. Also plenty of local pizza/sub shops and two Dunkin’s in town so you’ll get the real southern New England experience.

I have been living here for five years now by myself, I had a cat who recently passed so i may be open to someone with a single cat moving in with them. I work 9-5 at an insurance company in Canton, MA which will be Mon-Thurs in office and Fridays I work from home. I am typically a homebody so I will likely be home outside of my in office hours with some exceptions.
