About the room
We have a five bedroom three and half bedroom house in Pearland, TX. We have two furnished private rooms available for rent. The bathrooms are shared. There is also a breakfast nook, dining room, two living rooms and a backyard that are shared spaces as well. It is a beautiful house in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood!
About the roomies
The owners of the house are an elderly couple who own a little restaurant in Houston. They are gone mostly all day. There is one tenant currently living there in one of the five bedrooms. He works from home and is an avid bicyclist. All occupants are really tidy, generally quite and very friendly.
