We’re looking for a considerate and responsible renter to join our calm household — ideally someone who can take care of our property, handle the house trash/recycle bin very Sunday evenings, oversee the properties.

The Room

• Large converted two-car garage, approximately 18 x 18 ft minimum
• Fully furnished with a full bed, nightstand, table, chair, bookshelf, and couch
• Climate-controlled via central HVAC (heat and A/C) — this room is closest to the air handler, so occasional access will be needed for filter changes or technician visits
• 2 windows (fixed, do not open)
• Garage door is sealed with insulated aluminum/styrofoam sheeting and is not used as an entry/exit

Bathroom Shared with one neat male.

Shared Spaces

• Living room
• Dining area next to the kitchen (lightly used, one person at a time)
• Kitchen is fully equipped.
• Large fenced backyard with a grill, available 7am–10pm

House Rules

• No smoking or illegal drugs use anywhere on the property, indoors or out
• No open flames
• Not pet-friendly
• Keep common area clean.
• Trash and recycling go out Sunday evenings

Location 10-minute walk to Starbucks, Whataburger, and Woodrow’s Bar & Grill; ~15-minute walk to HEB.

Utilities & Internet

• All utilities included: gas, water, electricity, wifi, pest control, Lawn maintenance
• High-speed Google Fiber wifi (1000 Gb/s)

Cost & Terms

• $600 to move in + $600 security deposit
• Proof of income required
• 3-month minimum stay
