Adam's room

The house is a small rancher with two bedrooms, an office, and a decent sized bathroom. Along with the usuals, a nice sized kitchen, a large dining room, and a medium sized living room.

The property is about a half mile away from the Paoli train station so it has pretty easy access to the city as well as the shops here at Paoli. There is no garage, but a small driveway and plenty of street parking (not busy at all).

I have been working on updating the house, so a lot of the appliances and furnishings are new, but will likely be updating more in the near future.

I’m a 26 year old guy living alone and regularly has friends over on the weekends. I’m a full-time programmer and pursuing my masters, so I’m typically pretty busy, but really laid back.

I like to keep the house clean and would expect shared spaces to be kept reasonably clean. I’m not a fan of smoking. I will drink casually occasionally but don’t throw parties.

The price is negotiable. I’m really looking for someone around my age (20-30) who is like-minded and easy to get along with.
