Pets are allowed for an additional fee and there are two bathrooms within the apartment, along with a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and stove! With the lease comes full access to all amenities, such as the on-ground gym, pool, and study areas! It is a great location, right on Grand River…a close walk to MSU campus and downtown East Lansing!

This is a posting to take over my lease so I won’t be on the property. My two roommates are very kind girls. Both are going into their junior year at MSU. I have lived with one of these girls my first two years and she is very accomodating. She accepts everyone and won’t hesitate to help when you need it. The other girl is very similar. They are very open and welcoming and will provide a fun and comfortable living environment!
