Great for the price. No outstanding issues, no nightly noises, no infestations, no crime (that I’ve noticed), and reliable heating/AC. It’s got a dishwasher, in-unit laundry room, kitchen, and separate bathrooms.
There’s one thing you should know first though: it won’t be ready to move into until August 29th, when my current roommate’s lease ends.

My name’s Robert. Been living in Virginia my whole life. I work as a warehouse associate in an Amazon Fulfilment Center, which is dependable, if boring, work.
I’m a bit of an introvert, which is something I’m hoping a move will help me change. That means I’ll likely be home every night. That said, I’m just fine with having guests, but I much prefer to know about them in advance, and I’ll have trouble with a house that’s full of people a lot of the time.
I always pull my weight when it comes to chores around the house, keepings things clean, and not leaving messes.
