It’s a decent size bedroom in a large house, very safe neighborhood the catch is I’m disabled and have been mostly bedridden for last 2 years and entropy has more than taken it’s toll the reduced rent is in exchange for setting things to right and then assisting in maintaining.

Currently it’s a 47 year old, single mom, former teacher and 7 year old daughter full-time and 13 year old son part-time , 6 cats, bearded dragon and a dog (but would happily rehome the dog and some cats with assistance in finding good homes as this many animals exceeds my capacity it’s a holdover from when I did rescue)
