Cute, quaint 2/1 home close to downtown and less than 50 yard from the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Great location, close to everything! 5 minutes to the zoo and less than 10 to downtown. The house is small but I work two jobs so I am barely there to sleep lol. Cute yard with fire pit and a screened in porch with a tv for some extra space and outdoor fun.

It’s just me and my little dog. I’m laid back and just want to be sure the bills get paid. I tend to go to my friends house rather then have people over most of the time. Happy to share what I cook as it’s easier to cook for two than one. My dog is sweet, house broke 100% but she does like to play. Part of the reason I’m looking for a roommate is for her to have someone around a little more. She has two runners so letting her out is easy, no walking required
