Private bedroom in a duplex about a 5-10 minute walk from downtown Dover, and 10-15 minute walk to the Dover train station. Shared full bath on the 2nd floor and half bath on 1st floor. Includes storage space in the basement. Free access to common areas, including living room, kitchen/dining room, basement, mudroom, back deck, and back yard with fire pit. Common areas mostly furnished already - note that the current furnishings are different from what you see in the pictures. Laundry in-unit. Next to a park. Driveway and street parking available. Dog/cat friendly with approval from landlord (who lives on the other side of the duplex ~3 days/week, so he has a vested interest in maintaining the house).

Wynn (me): Male mid-20s software engineer. Will be moving out - you will be taking my place. Have lived at the listed residence for ~4 years. Other roommates:

• Carlos: Single male mid-20s product photographer at a car dealership. Fairly social, enjoys gaming and grilling a good steak.
• Brandon: Single male early 30s steelworker at a custom steel contracting company. Enjoys gaming, shows, and movies.
• Caillean: Partnered female early 30s, currently employed at an indoor shooting range. Very social, enjoys going out with friends. Her girlfriend visits occasionally, but they mostly keep to themselves.
