There is a two-car garage with parking for two additional cars in the driveway. The main level is hardwood, and the upper and lower bedrooms are carpeted. There is a balcony off the kitchen, half bath on the main floor, large pantry, gas stove cooktop, and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace. Two young professional straight males live here. David rents both bedrooms on the second floor, and Francesco rents the bedroom in the lower level. Everyone has a private bath. Plus 1/2 bath on main level for guests. Quiet, friendly atmosphere. Both are very respectful of others and share common-space household chores and prefer to keep the place neat. These gentlemen will have a voice in the decision of who will rent the available room.
