We have a spacious basement apartment in our home available starting April 2026, located on one of the best blocks in Central Park (Stapleton).

At this time, we are primarily looking for a single occupant or a single parent with a child. Unfortunately, the space is not a good fit for couples.
Base rent for couples is $1,400/mo Plus $100/mo for high speed internet and all utilities $1,500/mo total
$450 refundable deposit Pets considered: +$35/month + $300 deposit

We have had long-term tenants of more than 3 years since 2014.
We have a friendly Australian Cattle Dog (Barley), so comfort with dogs is important.

All utilities, including electric/gas, water, and high-speed internet, are included for an additional $75 per month. The unit has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a tenant for a 12-month lease, but are open to other arrangements.
About the roomies
The two tenants consist of:
- 1 travelling nurse who stays approx. 3 days/week on the second floor
- the owner who lives there full time but leaves every evening just about to visit his mom. The owner is an easy-going, calm, person.
