Available room is big enough for a full sized mattress and desk and has a closet. There is a shared game room, home theater, large office, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Large backyard with fire pit and patio. Land lord is hands off so maintenance of the house is on us.
About the roomies
2 roommates, currently taking up the bedrooms downstairs, mostly keep to our selves tho we do regularly have friends over for board games or dnd.
