Private Jr. master suite available in a clean, quiet home in Lacey near the Hawks Prairie Village shopping center and Cabela’s. The room has a private bathroom with a skylight and a walk-in closet, so it feels very separate from the rest of the house.

The home has two living rooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, deck, and a small gym setup in the garage. Utilities are included in rent, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to I-5, shopping, and restaurants.

Great location for someone commuting to Joint Base Lewis–McChord, which is about 15–20 minutes depending on gate traffic.

You’d be living with a 29-year-old female homeowner, her partner (37), and one 30-year-old female roommate who lives downstairs.

The house is pretty quiet, clean, and low drama. Everyone mostly does their own thing and respects each other’s space, so it’s not a party house.

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and has a stable job and is comfortable living in a shared home environment.

There are also friendly cats in the house, so any pets would need to be compatible.
