We are offering a front facing furnished bedroom with ample closet space. The bathroom is mainly private but guests will use it when they come around. The house has recently been painted with new baseboards, floors, etc. We do not have cable but have streaming service. Utilities are included. There is full kitchen and laundry access. The backyard is a quiet oasis that needs nothing more than a glass of wine and a quiet afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and we could not ask for better neighbors.

We are looking for a person employed outside the home, who is clean (and clean means clean, lip service won’t cut it) respectful and likes dogs. We prefer a female roommate but will consider renting to the right guy. No drugs permitted and smoking is ok outside the house.

The house is owner occupied by an active retired male couple and 3 small dogs.
