We offer flexibility through a month to month contract, though most people stay long term.
The room comes with an assigned parking spot, and bi weekly house cleanings. Kitchen is shared and all dishes, kitchenware, and appliances are provided. I also supply toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels.
