Tenant has access to Kitchen, Laundry and common areas. The house features beautiful desert landscaping, and has a large patio and yard. The house is on a cul de sac and there is street parking. $1100 monthly rent includes: Electricity, High-speed internet., Water, Trash & sewer, Wi-fi, landscaping.
