Private bedrooms. I have 2 rooms available. No tobacco smoking sorry. 420ok.Split plan home so their on the other end of the house. Very quiet here 1 acre lots.. Ebike trail 1/4 mile away. I’m near the citrus/hernando county line off us19. Walmart 5 miles away. 15min north of cortez blvd and 1 hour to tpa airport. Garage parking for 2 wheeled vehicles.spectrum is out here and once rented I’ll get spectrum at no cost to you. Laundry facilities incl. Both rooms share one bathroom. One person to one room. Lanai faces a pond and woods. Eagles,sand hills,deer and more everyday. No neighbors either side or directly behind. Price is negotiable some.
About the roomies
Only me living here. Recently retired. I’m a quiet person. Like to ride anything with 2 wheels.. No drama.very safe area. Been here 20 yrs. Laid back easy to get along with.
