This home offers a comfortable and laid-back environment with two available rooms for rent. It’s a clean, well-kept space that feels like home, with good natural lighting and enough room for privacy while still enjoying shared areas like the kitchen and living room. One of the best parts of the house is the large, fully fenced backyard — perfect for hanging out, relaxing, or enjoying some fresh air. There’s also a spacious driveway that fits 3–4 cars, so parking is never an issue. The home is in a quiet, safe area and close to everything you need like stores and main roads. The vibe here is very chill, positive, and free-spirited, and we’re looking for someone responsible who respects the space and contributes to a good energy in the home. There are two friendly dogs here, so no additional pets at this time.

I’m a chill and social person, but also very independent and enjoy doing my own thing. I like to keep a peaceful, positive environment at home where everyone can feel comfortable. I have two dogs that I love, so being okay with dogs is important. I’m also cannabis-friendly. Communication is key to me, and I value respect and honesty in a shared space.
