About the room
Upper level has two bedrooms dedicated for the rental, one master bedroom which has a queen size bed and frame and built in wall closet. And the second bedroom is smaller, perfect for an office or craft space. The third bedroom is off limits… The bathroom is also upstairs and isn’t shared. Decent size backyard, kitchen and living room shared spaces available for use during designated times. Laundry mat within walking distance only two minutes away. Any questions feel free to ask.
About the roomies
Hi! I’m a single woman (30s) living with my cat, Meleys who is 4 years old. Looking for a roommate who is chill like me, not messy but doesn’t have to be super organized, maintains their own routine and are amiable. I like to be home and enjoy my space with my cat, playing video games, reading, cooking etc. my cat is slightly bigger than other cats (15 pounds) and trained. She does not get a long with other cats so unfortunately she will be the only pet in the home.
