My home is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on 2 acres of land in the woods. It’s very private, quiet, and peaceful with plenty of outdoor space and nature around. The room available is a private furnished room on the main level with its own bathroom and a king bed. Right now I prefer a short term rental with the possibility for long term but I am prioritizing compatibility and peaceful positive environment in my home. I have 2 medium sized dogs and It is important that you are both comfortable around and like dogs. They are pretty easygoing so I could be open to someone with a dog if they get along with mine and meet before, I’m not sure how they are with cats so that most likely wouldn’t be an option. The house is about 45 minutes from Philly and Atlantic City, 26 minutes to the Atlantic City Airport, 15 minutes to Mays Landing, 20 minutes to Hammonton. I live here with my dogs and take online classes, so when I’m home I’m usually around the house and things are pretty calm and relaxed. I’m a very artistic and creative person, so I’d love to find someone with similar interests or hobbies who enjoys that kind of environment. I’m looking for a short-term summer roommate who loves animals, with the possibility of staying longer if it’s a good fit. I’m open to someone who has a dog as well, as long as they get along with mine. I usually get a dog sitter to stay in my home while I’m away so that could be that case at times.
