About the room

One room for rent. Access to the entire house, laundry room in the house shared bathroom. House is fairly large lots of room we have a fishing pond, two pools and a jacuzzi in the community. Looking for someone for a 6 to 12 month lease. We do have a dog and a cat so a pet may be something we can work out.

About the roomies

Just me and Morgan (female) we both work full time house is clean and tidy quiet. I don’t mind house guest as long as my utility bills don’t sky rocket. Looking for someone to keep out peace and have a nice safe peace to call home.
