It’s a quiet area close to downtown Louisville and only a 10 minute drive to Boulder. There are some nice walking trails and a cool lake nearby that are fun to spend some time at. The room is located in the basement with a bathroom down there and a side area you could setup how you like. The other roommates are on the 2nd floor so it’s very private down in the basement, you just sometimes see them come down to use the washing machine and dryer. Background and credit check required.

I moved down to Santa Fe to stay with my mom who is sick, so I am posting this to find someone to take over my room. The roommates are one college kid and the other is a working professional going towards a masters degree. Their both quiet and respectful, mostly keeping to their selves. Their easy going and clean, the kitchen never got very messy.
