About the room

I have a room for rent with own bathroom. I have a twin size bed and small drawer for clothes. It has a small heater for when it gets cold and an ac for the summer. It has its own side entrance and the room is detached from the main house. I live in a Cul de sac and very nice quiet neighborhood. I am looking for someone who is responsible preferable a female.

About the roomies

I am working parent and my husband too. My kids go to school and my mom is home during the day. The house is clean and free of any bugs and would like it to be kept that way.
