I’m looking for a housemate or two to rent an unfurnished private bedroom in my townhouse. You’ll have the perk of your own private bathroom, along with access to the fully furnished shared living areas, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is included, and while utilities fluctuate slightly, they typically run between $100 and $150 per month. I share the home with my friendly dog, so you should be a dog lover, though I can’t accommodate any additional pets at this time. I’m looking for someone responsible and tidy who values a quiet, respectful living environment. I’m a 26-year-old professional working full-time, and I share my home with Polkadot, my mini Aussie Corgi. I love making this house feel like a home.
